Самое главное это образ питания, ну или диета, просто когда говорят о диете, подразумевают какой-то определённый период. Многие качки рекомендуют питаться 5-6 раз, но не упоминают (может от незнания, а может из корысти, ведь нужно им жиросжигатели рекламировать) что с каждым приёмом пищи в организм поступает глюкоза (углеводы) и в ответ выбрасывается инсулин, чтобы доаставить глюкозу в клетку. Инсулин ингибитор (блокиратор) жиросжигания Чтоб эффективней сжигать жир нужно есть 2 (максимум 3) раза в день (без всяких перекусов, а то получится, что приёма пищи полноценных 2, а перекусов 10)
